Terms of Service

By accessing or using OneMillion Code ("the Service"), operated by OneMillion Build Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OneMillion Code is an AI-powered software development platform delivered as a VS Code extension and web portal. The Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers (including but not limited to Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI) and charges users for usage via a prepaid credit system. The Service is currently in beta.

THE SERVICE IS IN BETA AND UNDER ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT:

• THE SERVICE MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, AND INCOMPLETE FEATURES THAT COULD CAUSE UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR.
• AI-GENERATED CODE MAY MODIFY, OVERWRITE, OR DELETE FILES ON YOUR LOCAL MACHINE, INCLUDING SOURCE CODE, CONFIGURATION FILES, AND DATA.
• THE SERVICE OPERATES WITH FILE SYSTEM ACCESS IN YOUR DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT. IT CAN AND WILL CREATE, EDIT, AND REMOVE FILES AS PART OF NORMAL OPERATION.
• YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR CODE AND DATA. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING VERSION CONTROL (E.G., GIT) AND COMMITTING WORK FREQUENTLY.
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, CORRUPTED FILES, BROKEN BUILDS, OR UNINTENDED CHANGES CAUSED BY THE SERVICE.
• BETA FEATURES MAY BE MODIFIED OR REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE.

You should review all AI-generated changes before committing or deploying them. Exercise the same caution you would with any automated tool that has write access to your file system.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By using the Service, you grant OneMillion Build Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display:

• Your publicly shared project name, description, and screenshots (but not source code) for marketing, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Written or video testimonials, reviews, or feedback you voluntarily provide.
• Your name, likeness, and builder profile information in connection with promotional materials.

This license is limited to marketing and promotional use. We will never share your private source code, proprietary business logic, or confidential project details without your explicit written consent. You may revoke this license at any time by contacting us at sid@onemillion.build, and we will remove your content from future materials within 30 days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share account access with third parties.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or scrape pricing/model data.
• Circumvent rate limits, billing, or abuse prevention mechanisms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers. Your use of AI-generated outputs is also subject to the usage policies of the underlying provider (e.g., Google's Gemini Terms, Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy, OpenAI's Usage Policies). We do not control the output of these models and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI MODEL OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR HARMFUL CONTENT. THE SERVICE MAY GENERATE CODE THAT INTRODUCES SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, BREAKS EXISTING FUNCTIONALITY, OR CAUSES DATA LOSS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND TESTING ALL AI-GENERATED CODE BEFORE USE IN PRODUCTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONEMILLION BUILD INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, CODE, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY MODIFICATIONS, DELETIONS, OR CORRUPTION OF YOUR FILES OR DATA BY THE SERVICE; (C) ANY ERRORS, BUGS, OR INACCURACIES IN AI-GENERATED CODE OR CONTENT; (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneMillion Build Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund your remaining credit balance.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
