Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
OneMillion Code sells prepaid AI credits that are consumed as you use AI models through our platform. Because credits are a digital good that can be used immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
Unused Credits
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within
14 days of the transaction date. To request a refund, email
sid@onemillion.build with your account email and the transaction in question.
Partially Used Credits
If you have used some credits from a purchase, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion for the unused portion, minus a 10% processing fee. Partial refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
No Refunds After 14 Days
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase will not be honored. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account indefinitely.
Promotional & Bonus Credits
Promotional credits, bonus credits, or credits received through grants are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Subscriptions
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Credits earned during a subscription period remain in your account after cancellation.
Service Issues
If you experience a significant service outage or billing error that results in incorrect charges, contact us and we will investigate promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected with a credit or refund at our discretion.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated by us for violation of our
Terms of Service, remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund your remaining credit balance.
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
